Terms

These terms govern your use of the LeadRadar marketing site, application, free and paid plans, and related outputs such as screenshots, exports, and AI-assisted features.

LeadRadar is operated by Justus August - KI-Workshops und Webdesign (Einzelunternehmen). By accessing or using the website or product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who LeadRadar is for

LeadRadar is built primarily for freelancers, agencies, consultants, and other professional users who research local businesses and sell website, growth, or digital-improvement services. Individual users may access the site and product, but the service is designed around professional workflows and commercially oriented use.

Accounts, plans, and billing

Some parts of LeadRadar require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity that occurs through your account.

LeadRadar may offer free and paid plans with different quotas, features, and usage limits. Those limits can include scan caps, screenshot access, export access, AI-powered functionality, or the ability to create custom presets and query packs.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Fees, billing cadence, renewal behavior, and cancellation timing are shown at checkout or in your billing flow. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use LeadRadar in a way that violates applicable law, privacy rights, or platform restrictions tied to third-party data sources.
  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, access controls, or payment controls.
  • Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, or mislead people in outreach.
  • Do not resell, mirror, or expose LeadRadar outputs as a competing service without written permission.
  • Do not interfere with the stability or security of the product or its infrastructure.

Service outputs and third-party data

LeadRadar may generate scores, screenshots, exports, visual ratings, enrichment outputs, or AI-assisted drafting. These outputs are decision-support tools and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.

LeadRadar depends on third-party services such as mapping, infrastructure, payments, and AI providers. Availability, accuracy, and continuity of some features can therefore depend on external systems outside LeadRadar’s direct control.

You remain responsible for how you use scan results, what you send in outreach, and whether your use of third-party business data complies with applicable law and your own obligations.

Availability and changes

LeadRadar aims to provide a stable service, but uptime, feature availability, scan duration, and output completeness are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

LeadRadar may add, remove, or modify features, plans, or technical limits over time. Material changes that affect paid plan access or contractual expectations will be reflected in the product or on this page.

Intellectual property and feedback

LeadRadar, its branding, software, site content, and product logic remain the property of the operator or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

You retain rights in content you add to the product, such as notes or internal workflow text, but you grant LeadRadar the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that content inside the service.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, LeadRadar may use them without compensation or attribution obligation.

Warranties and liability

LeadRadar is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that the product will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a specific commercial objective.

LeadRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or losses arising from reliance on generated outputs, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination and governing law

LeadRadar may suspend or terminate access where accounts violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal, security, or operational risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your place of residence.

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@lead-radar.com.
